By aligning opposite magnetic poles, the components snap securely together yet separate easily when pulled, eliminating cross-threading and reducing wear. Technical Details

Neodymium (rare-earth) magnets rated N35–N52 are press-fitted into recessed housings on the device and pod base, delivering 0.8–1.5 kg of pull force—strong enough to survive pocket movement but weak enough for effortless removal.
