Its primary purpose is to tell you whether your coil is within a safe operating range for your battery, helping you avoid short-circuits, overheating, or poor performance. Beginners can think of it as a “coil checker”; advanced users rely on it to fine-tune builds for the perfect vaping experience.

Technical Details

Inside an Ohm Meter, a calibrated circuit passes a low test current through the coil and calculates resistance using Ohm’s Law (R = V ÷ I). Most integrated OLED Screens display the reading to two decimal places (e.g., 0.24 Ω), while standalone meters may show three decimals for ultra-precise work.
