Juice Hole is the precision-drilled opening in a vapecoil’s wick-housing that allows e-liquid to flow from the tank or pod’s juice well onto the absorbent material—usually Cotton“>Japanese cotton—wrapped around the heating wire. By regulating how quickly liquid saturates the wick, the juice hole prevents both flooding (oversaturation) and dry hits (undersaturation). Its diameter, number and placement directly influence flavour clarity, coil longevity and the maximum juice capacity that can be vaporised per puff.

Juice holes are laser-cut or CNC-drilled to tolerances of ±0.05 mm. • Clog fix: If flavour drops or the hole looks dark, rinse the coil in warm water, dry-burn lightly and gently brush the juice hole with a soft toothbrush to remove caramelised gunk.
• Safety: Never poke needles or toothpicks into the hole—enlarging it can flood the deck and leak battery-damaging liquid into the device.
